Pat

Pat went to California and married Theresa and had two children, Betty and John. He encouraged my father and mother to join him. They planned to do that, but then he became ill and died. I believe he and my father were very close. That ended plans for California for us. After the war, my brother Jack, stayed with Theresa when he moved to California. They lived in Millbrae at the time I believe. He and John became best friends and dug tunnels up in the Sierra to earn money. John was killed in a car accident in his early twenties.

Betty married Frank Malignaggi, who was a lovely man and my insurance agent when I married and lived in San Mateo. They had two children, Linda and John. I lost touch with the family but I’ve heard that Frank and Betty died.
